Hi
When trying to print I cannot specify a page range.
There is no actual print dialog, either from 'print direct' button or
from File->Print.
The entire doc is sent to the printer instantly with no choice of
printer, page range, etc.
Tried to download gutenprint 5.2.1 but the disk image failed to mount
- 'Not Recognized'.
Any helpful hints?
