There is no (yet) such thing as ODF 1.3. The latest standard is 1.2.

By the way, I found an incompatibility between ODF 1.2 (OOo 3.0) and ODF 1.1 (OOo 2.4.1).

I have two ODS files, one of them make references to cells in the other.
When I saved it from OOo 3.0 then opening it from OOo 2.4.1 makes these references to produce error! IMHO maybe this is due to Open Formula that OOo 3.0 uses to store formulas in ODS files.
