It seems standard practice to create posters in PowerPoint ( at least it is at my University). As part of my subtle promotion of OOo I would like to provide some guidance on using OOo instead.
Does anyone know of some readily available guidance aimed at using OOo for this purpose. My google search has only come up with PowerPoint stuff, plus a "you can also do this in OpenOffice" mention. So it would be useful if there was something out there that was specifically aimed at OOo especially if it pointed out any advantages of OOo over PowerPoint.
