Hello Brian, great help procedure with ifs and thens. Thank you very much it solved the problem.
But we have the next. The database window shows now, but there is on top a toolbar called table view I think, with filter, ascend, descend and so on. On my computer it shows but not on my colleges. Its not part of the writer tool bars. Can you help?
