Select the field, right-click, and choose "Character".
On the Font Effects tab of the Character dialog, on the right-hand side,
choose "Capitals" under "Effects". Click OK to save.
A longer-term solution is to set up a character *style* in a similar way
and apply that style to each field that you want to appear in capitals.
