[users] Inputting comma delimited data into OO Base

We have a home-grown "database" supported by a group of QBASIC programs 
(no snickering!) that we'd like to convert to OO Base. Our first 
question is how can we input a comma delimited sequential file into 
Base? This file is actually the backup of a randomly accessed file 
"keyed" by relative record number. Alternatively, is there a way we can 
export this randomly accessed file into Base?
