It would help to know what operating system and web browser you're
using. In general, though, browsers have a preferences setting that
controls where downloaded files are placed. You may wish to find that
setting, which will show you where to look for the file. You may also
wish to change it to someplace more convenient for you. (I like
downloads to go to my desktop.)
Operating systems have a search function that lets you locate files by
typing in part or all of their names. That's another way you could
determine where your browser put the downloaded file.
