OOo 3.2 will have a new function "Paste Unformatted Text"
with a default keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+V
(already integrated in Developer Snapshot Build OOo-dev 3.2.0 DEV300_m53)

I made a macro and put it at the end of the Formatting bar - where there
was more space. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+v is too complicated, and besides I do
not see how it can be done: there are no Ctrl+Alt combinations in
Customize > Keyboard > Shortcut Keys.... So I assigned Ctrl+Shift+U to
it. I hope this combination is not used by Windows for something else....
