Lars, given that I have a so-called «broadband» connexion, rather than a dial-up, I can't see any advantages for me in using an email client rather than directly loading my webmail provider. If you know any way of configuring OOo to directly send a document as an attachment in (in my case) Gmail, rather than taking a detour via Swiftdove/Thunderbird, I'd be most grateful to hear it !...
