I've tried several times to upgrade to OOo 3.1 on Ubuntu 9.X with no luck. I've followed various instructions, and get error messages from no such directory, to no such file, to unrecognized commands. Bleh!
Is it possible to upgrade on Ubuntu? Can someone tell me in words of one syllable how to do it? The instructions on the Open Office site returned all of the above, as did Googled instructions. SteveB
