Which e-mail application are you using to send? Is your anti-virus application scanning outbound messages? Are other mail attachments similarly affected - both outbound from the XP machine and inbound to the Mac?

Hi All

First poster. Let me know if I'm breaking any local bylaws or whatever :-)

If I email a pretty simple spreadsheet from a Windows XP machine
running OO3.1.1 to a Mac running OO3.0.0, the formulas end up mangled.
e.g. a simple
 =SUM(F4:F6)
formula ends up looking like
 of:=SUM([.F4:.F6])

I can't figure out what the heck is going on. The same spreadsheet
saved in .xls comes through unscathed.

Just to add to the fun - of:= is unsearchable in the forums or on
Google because nobody indexes punctuation marks and 'of' is such a
common word.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Brian
