[users] Can't Open pps files

Recently I deleted files that I thought I no longer have a use for.  
Since then, when someone sends me an email with a 'pps' file attached I 
can't open it.  I get an error message saying the file can't be found.  
Can you help me get back to normal?  Thanks and have a great day!  Bob
