Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to set the defaults for a new document.
Mostly I'm trying to make the page size "Letter" instead of "A4" but the
same issue exists for changing margins. The procedure documented on:

Does NOT work. After I do that, then in Windows File Manager I right
click and let it create a new blank document and it still is the old
settings.
How do I set the *master* default settings for new documents?
