I have had no problem with OOo 3.1.1 on Windows 7, but then I'm one of the 80% 
or more of people who use 20% or less of the functionality.

And to add to Henri's list, it also works well with 32-bit Ubuntu Karmic and a 
couple of previous generations.

It also works a dream on Snow Leopard (10.6..2) on my Mac.
