Ok, I've updated the Administration Guide a bit (changed the instructions around a bit to include something about using the Extension manager to install for all users, and I included OSX on the the command line install instructions. See: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Administration_Guide/Using_Package_Manager Keep in mind that the audience for the Administrator Guide is system admins, not general users. This document assumes at least some knowledge of the various operating systems (it does not detail every possible step, eg how to find the Command Prompt in Windows).
