Hi James, I tried many times and things, I also went to Apple to ask them some help and they didn't fond the problem, still not working. Now I had just bought a new one directly at the store with a CD and the serials printed on the back, and it worked.
Please, I'm asking you to cancel my order. Thank you for your help. I suspect there may be some other issue with your computer as, in my experience, OpenOffice.org is very stable.
