Since I upgraded to OpenOffice 3.2, I am having problems. The prior versions have performed very well. The problem I am experiencing is: When copying text from web pages. I can edit the text and save it, but when I exit Writer and I attempt to open it again to use again it will not open and sometimes causes the programs running to freeze. The only way to resume is to logoff, when doing so a message reports DDE Server Window. It will not close automatically, and has to be ended manually and logged off. After logging back on, Writer will start and can be used once and then the same prior problem repeats itself. This very frustrating. I have tried using in both Mozilla and Windows Explorer 8, and it does the same in each. As I stated before, this problem did not occur until upgrading. Any assistance or information you could send to help me correct the problem would be most appreciated. I use OpenOffice everyday a lot, and now am not able to get much work done due to this problem. I am hoping you can help me out. Thank you.
