Did you really mean pdf, or are you referring to the box that says ODF?
Either is inaccurate for a .doc file, though. I think the box is
supposed to be empty in that case.

I meant ODF as shown in the attached jpg, if it gets through.
It didn't -- but I think it's an error for the icon to show ODF for .doc
files. As I read the info on the intended change, the box at the top
left of the icon should be empty instead of having the letters ODF in
it, when the format is non-ODF.
