... the MsOffice has two keyboard’s shortcuts that I really miss in OpenOffice: First, the “shift-f3” that change the entire selected text to capital letters, lower case letter or just first letter in capital.

o Open a document of the relevant type - perhaps a text (Writer) one.
o Go to Tools | Customize... | Keyboard.
o At the top right, select whether you want your new shortcut to apply to all types of document or perhaps only to Writer (or whatever).
o Under Functions | Category, choose Format.
o Under Functions | Function, choose Lowercase.
o Under "Shortcut keys", select the shortcut you wish to use.
o Click Modify.

o Repeat for Uppercase.

And second, the “ctrl-shift-k” that converts the selected text in “versalete”. When I've said "versalete" I mean "small caps"...

o Go to Format | Styles and Formatting (or click the Styles and Formatting button in the Formatting toolbar, or press F11).
o Click the Character Styles button.
o Click the button at top right (New Style from Selection) and select New Style from Selection.
o Give your new style a name.
o Right-click on the new style name in the list and select Modify... | Font Effects | Effects | Small capitals. o Create a keyboard shortcut as above, using Styles | Character under Category and your new style name under Function.

o Repeat for "Title" (capital first letter of word).

You will need to save these styles into a template or load them into other documents if you need them (and the shortcuts) there.

Please do it soon, ok?

You can do it even sooner!

I trust this helps.
