[users] Help needed asap

 Greetings,
I have created a document with openoffice.org writer   it is an applications 
with fields to enter info from applicant.  I have been trying an trying to 
figure out how to save this so no one can change the application but the 
applicants can enter their info an return it to me.  I am two days behind 
getting it out to everyone because i cant figure out how to save it correctly.  
if it is read only does that mean it cant have info entered in the text boxes 
ect..   Thanks So Much Ramona
