[users] can't get to download page!

I have been an OpenOffice user for a while now, but I'm having a problem. I'm 
having to reinstall all my
3rd party programs due to a computer crash, and can't get to the download page. 
 Does anyone know
what is going on - is it me or their server?  Thanks for any assistance!
