I've tried using CSV files directly as data source for mail merges and
other functions, but I can't get OO to accept them. If I select Text as
the DB type I can't navigate to the correct CSV file to select it. If I
choose Spreadsheet as the DB type, I can navigate to and select the CSV
file, but when I try to use it, OO opens an error dialog that says it
can't create a connection to the file. None of the other options are
appropriate.
Am I doing something wrong? Should I try something else? Can anyone
else use CSV directly as a data source? Thanks.
