When opening the file, OO 3.2 opens the Text Import Dialog (Please see 
enclosed screenshot)

WIth 3.1 the same file was silently represented as a standard calc 
spreadsheet.

Here is part of the file content (copied from the bottom of the MIME 
header to the beginning of content)  :

Please tell us *exactly* what happens when you open the file in OOo 3.2.
