I don't think that this is possible. This kind of defeats the purpose of this feature. You can split the window of a large table. The intention behind this feature is, that you always see the row/column names, so that you know, at which number you're looking at the moment. (Helps you navigate and organise your data. Might also help you to not delete something "by accident".) Having those rows/columns unsynced would deny the the wanted functionality.
