Try http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3093 as one. It was
part of the search I sent the other day. I gather it did not work for
you. In that case, do an issue search as follows:

1. Select all but patch in the issue type field
2. Select all but verified in the status field
3. Enter date format in to the summary field
4. Enter date format in to the A description entry: field
5. Click submit

This will give a list of existing issues.
