It seems that the people you paid money to for support have fobbed you off
to a community run support email mailing list for OpenOffice.... As such the
community can probably answer your query to get you back on track, but this
is not a paid service. Accordingly the expectations that paid service
normally come with do not apply (ie, timely turn around, etc...). To this
end I've copied in the users email address which should find someone that
can assist.

If you wish to proceed with your paid support I suggest you contact the
people you paid.
