Hi Doug,
What was the exact error message, please? I suspect you tried to run
the install from within the zip file instead of unzipping, then
installing, but I could be wrong. The exact wording will help us work
out the problem.

*I downloaded OpenOffice and tried to instal it but after all that
mucking around filling in name and address and goodness knows what
other details you wanted (what for - wasting people's time?) it said
it would not instal if I did not have one of your discs. What are you
running - a comedy show?*
