[users] Left-to-right vertical support

Hi OpenOffice developer,
 
OpenOffice is the greatest free application suite I've ever seem. I love it.
 
Is there any chance in the future versions of OpenOffice Writer can add back
the support for Left-to-right (vertical) text direction?

Both Mongolian and Manchu languages require that.
