You need a zip extraction program, such as the free and functional 7-zip. Once you have installed 7-zip, open 7-zip, edit preferences, and put a check in the box next to the word `zip'. Now you can right-click on a zip archive and extract it (via `extra to here'). Open the folder that was decompressed, and run `setup'.
