I tried to get to the location you specified but could only get to "ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/"; and was unable to access the "devel" or "latest" directories. Is this because I'm not currently on a Linux box, or is it because I don't have access? I'm looking for the install file so that I can place it on our company's public drive to make available for our linux users (I'm actually on an NT box). Thank you again for your time.
