I am a middle aged doctor who has for 2 years been an avid convert to
Linux and OpenOffice from microsoft. I have found the flexibility of the
mail merge in OOo1.1.4 particularly useful as I have a lot of
non-standard addresses to deal with as a trustee of a charity. I have
found to my profound dismay that the Mail Marge Wizard on OOo1.1.9
(SuSE9.3) is very restrictive to the extent that it is unusable - I am
forced to go back to OOo1.1.4. I use spreadsheets for my address lists,
again for versatility. If it is possible, please please can we have the
flexibility back.
