Upgrading from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4 should give the same results as
upgrading from 1.0 to 1.1 as long as you choose the upgrade option. (It
will install OOo into the 1.1.2 folder.
I have personally upgraded 1.1.0 to 1.1.4 this way with no loss of
personal settings.
