[users] I need an instruction booklet

I need to find a book on how to use this progarm.  I installed it last
Friday and I can't even type an envelop correctly and the help index
stinks as far as looking up envelope or address or labels.  So far
office depot, Frye's, Best Buy doesn't have it.  I can't even find help
online.  Please make my purchase worth while, I've given up MS Word
because someone said I wouldn't know the difference.  Yeah, right.
