Okay, way back in OO1.1.4, I had mastered the art of page numbering.
However now, in OO2, I get a field called "Page Number."
I cannot find anywhere in Help how to change that field name to an
actual number.
Treating it as a change of page-number simply wipes out the header, box
and all.
I assume I have missed something, but what? It may be entirely
intuitive for others, but not for me.
