if you want ISO date format in mozilla, you can do: export LC_TIME=sv_SE
before you run mozilla.
thi will give you dates on the format YYYY-MM-DD, time on the format 23:59:00.
gimp 2.2 also understands export LC_TIME=sv_SE but does not only change date and
time format, it also writes weekdays in swedish (potentially bad).
maybe there is a LC_TIME=iso?
I don't want per application, I want full system.
If there isn't, then it is time for one.
