You can remove the Save and Save As icons from the toolbar. You can also
remove them from the File menu (Tools > Customize > File (Menu list).
Click Save to highlight it
Click Modify
Select Delete.
However, I doubt that you can prevent the windows asking if you want to
save the document when you close it.
