It worked the same way in Excel, except that Excel used F4 instead of Shift+F4, as far as I remember... ;D

An easier way to do this is to highlight the whole formula or only parts
of it or just place the cursor at the cell reference you want to change,
then press Shift+F4 repeatedly until it looks like... well, just try it
and you will find out how it works, I think.
