[users] Problem downloading Open Office

I have attempted to download Open Office 3 times, but each time it has stopped 
at around 40MB with the error message that my server was reset.
I realise that this is a server problem but it seems that there is no way to 
continue where we left off.
I pay R1.00 per MB, so have so far lost around R120 due to these failures and 
will make no further attempts unless you can assist.
Is there any way to recover these downloads?
