OOo 2.0 / win98se/ calc In cell c4, I have text entered. In cells c100 thru c120, I have text, one of which is the same as in c4. In cells d100 thru d120, I have numbers. In cell d4 I want to write a formula that matches c4 to one in the c100 thru c120 list & prints the corresponding number in d100 thru d120.
Lookups/match/choose all use numbers as matches??? Do any of these work with text? If so how do I write this?
