And I don't think the language was the reason that nobody answered: "error 1321" is not localized but applies to any language version, and "insufficient rights to change a certain .rbf in D:\Config.Msi\" should be easy to understand (although I should have written "permissions"). For "Jeder" I gave a translation, "NT-AUTORITÄT\SYSTEM" and "VORDEFINIERT\Administratoren" shouldn't be a problem.
