I'm pretty sure that Ability Office can save in at least one of those, (since they claim MS Word compatibilty). You can download a free trial of Ability Office from their website. Ability Office is only for Windows. http://www.ability.com/v4/download.php?ln=us That should allow you enough time to open your aww files and save them in a format you can work with. They require a registration including your email to which they send you the download information. You might want to get a "throw away" email address if you are worried about SPAM.
