It appears that when you downloaded the installer package you saved it
to your desktop, which is the icon you are seeing there. By clicking on
that icon you are restarting the installer package again.

If you have successfully installed the program, you will find a new
program group under the "Start -> All Programs" menu. Start one of the
program applications you see there (I suggest "Writer", but it doesn't
really matter which one). First time through you will be asked to go
through a short wizard setup (registration is optional - your choice).
After the program has been started one you will find an icon in you your
task bar tray (Quickstarter)next to clock, with a couple of flying birds
on it. Right mouse click on that icon and see what you get.
