You can try the macro recorder which requires no programming skill. Assuming 
the input is a text file with comma delimited fields, rename it to 
filename.csv.

Now turn on the recorder and do the actions of reading the file, indicating 
comma delimited, insert formulas, create graphs, and turn the recorder off.
