Is there any way to make a dictionary that is limited to use for a
single document -- on that would load with that document to the
exclusion of other dictionaries? The idea is this: On some documents I
will have a large number of names and peculiar words that need not be
put in a general dictionary but I need to have in the special one to
make spell checking of the document easier.
