I'm on Linux and so I found a wide range of language packs at:

http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/

But I've just discovered this site for Windows, Linux, Solaris:

http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.0.2rc4/

In particular, the Tools - Options - Language Settings - Languages
dialog has changed a little, adding the option to choose a different
icon style. There may be other changes as well. But if you use an older
language pack, this new option appears buggy or just not there.
