Yeah, I've seen that before. I was being kinda silly by saying 'why oh
why ...'.
I did not expect that to happen of course. I suspect that having OOo run
once it has overwritten or created whatever it was that indirectly led
to the segfault. probably in your OOo user profile. Did you request OOo
to transfer previous user data at some point?
Where is user level OO configuration kept? I rm -rf the .openoffice.org2
directory when I was having the seg fault, but that didn't solve the
problem.
