OpenOffice.org (OOo) is designed to create PDF documents but not to
edit them. There are some programs which can edit this type of document
but OOo is not one of them.
If you are going to use OOo to create and export PDF documents, my
recommendation is to create your file and save it in OOo's native format
(*.odt). Then export the document as a PDF. You can then make any changes
you need in the *.odt file and export the changed document to PDF again.
