The version 2.0 series is a different program which by default will install in different folder, so you need not remove 1.1.4 at all if you do not wish to. Both versions may even be run simultaneously without interfering with one another ... for most uses.
I suggest installing 2.0.2, and only after you have worked with the new version for a while, then uninstalling 1.1.4 if you want.
