Can you right click on the file in Outlook and then do "Open With"? I
think you need to then select OOo calc, and make sure a check box is
ticked: 'always use this program'.
Then, try it again.
You need to set up the file associations so that Windows knows which
program to use to open up a certain type of file. Unfortunately, these
'associations' can get messed up sometimes, and just need to be set up
again.
