Hi Peggy,

I downloaded Openoffice2.0 but I am not able to access any files that were originally programmed under MS Access . Does this mean that OpenOffice 2.0 does not contain a program that is the same as MS access.

As others pointed out: OOo contains Base, which can easily link to Access tables to use that information. However it is not possible to use *applications* or forms develloped in MsAccess. You can use a run-time version of Access to be able to use those applications. And you can make new ones in for example OOo-Base .

Greetings,
Cor
